The room was brand-new, and the bed was comfortable, would stay here again. It was truly a real good stay for the price, the hotel exceeded all expectations. Food was good and savoury, loved it.

The whole place was immaculately clean, I loved it, and had good staff and drinks. There were a large supermarket and a supermarket around the hotel. Besides, st john the evangelist was 3 km away from the property. They made my stay pleasant.

I loved almost every detail, including very good staff and location. The room was brand-new with exceptionally comfortable beds. Everything was excellent as expected, but the bathroom was a little tired.

The breakfast was quick, the staff were very pleasant. We liked our perfect and warm room. Easy location to eden bridge gardens. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake. The service was brilliant too. Could use their ample parking.

it had freshly made food, supportive staff and top location. immaculate room, neat bed and we loved luxurious bathroom. breakfast had lots of options, including cereal, fruit and coffee. efficient check-in and fantastic service.

I enjoyed my time in this property. In relation to the fair price paid, it was convenient place to stay with welcoming service. Handy location, Carlisle Lake District airport was 15 km away. Staff were briliant and absolutely lovely made my stay really enjoyable.

I appreciated that place, the balcony was modern. Staff were very hard working there. Hotel was fairly clean. Continental breakfast was gorgeous overall. The pool was good. The beach was sandy.

I really enjoyed staying here, the location was satisfactory! Plenty of food, which was savoury to satisfy everyone. All staff was fine, tackled my issues. You could walk to the shops and supermarkets. The quick check-in process too.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful and breakfast is satisfying. We spent 1 night in single room. Had access to its wifi, it was free. Would recommend this venue to anyone wanting to stay in Carlisle...

The location is magnificent, the breakfast is HEARTY. Kingstown Wildlife Pond is adjacent to the hotel. 15 minutes drive to airport.
